CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation fee for appointments canceled within 48 hours of scheduled appointment & cancellation fee for no shows on appointments. Canceled appointments will be charged a $20 cancellation fee regardless of cancel timeframe, this includes consultations. Discounted services for models/sales will be charged full discounted price regardless of cancellation window, no exceptions. No refunds on deposits, fees or previous payments. Bridal parties and trials require a deposit at booking. Bridal cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to expected wedding date, if within the 30 day grace period, all services will be charged. Hair adjustments must be asked within a week of appointment, thank you.
